My work was born from a deep conviction that motherhood, health, and calling were never meant to be separated. As a Biblical Wellness Practitionerā¢, coach, and holistic educator, I walk alongside Christian women who desire to build with faithfulness ā not at the expense of their bodies, families, or obedience to God.
Through my private health practice, From Dust, I provide long-term, restorative care rooted in biblical wellness and stewardship. Through mentorship and public teaching, I equip women to lead, serve, and build in ways that honor their God-given capacity and season.
I believe greater Kingdom impact is not formed through striving or trying to keep up with the pace of the world, but rather through Spirit-led wisdom, discernment, and community. My calling is to help women steward what theyāve been entrusted with ā their health, home, and influence ā so their work may be sustained and fruitful for years to come.
